SHOWDOWN IN CHARLOTTE
Cricket Arena
Charlotte, N.C.
Apr. 18, 2005

Syxx def. Pedro Morales

(Rob Van Dam and Bill Alfonso hit the ring before their match to cut a promo. Alfonso actually does the talking, speaking on Van Dam's goal to become the next PWF Television Champion. He guarantees no one can stop RVD, and they haven't seen a title reign until they've seen Rob Van Dam as a champion.)

Rob Van Dam (with Bill Alfonso) def. Warlord

The Outsiders (with Syxx) def. Jim Stewart & Richy Rich

(Post-match, Syxx slid into the ring. The Wölfpac put a beating on Stewart and Rich, leaving both men lying motionless on the mat. The crowd threw trash in the ring as the three raised the "Wölfpac" hand-signal high into the air. The Outsiders even mocked the New Age Outlaws before leaving the ring.)

Jeff Jarrett def. Roadblock

(Jarrett snatches a microphone after the match. He wants the crowd to know that he calls the finisher they just saw the "Perfect Stroke." The crowd cheers in response to this, as well as his promise to take down anyone who stands in his way of standing atop the PWF.)

Shane Douglas def. Blake Beverly

Excellence def. Bobby Eaton

Six-Man Tag Team match
Team SEC (with Kimona Wanalaya) def. Omar Atlas, Sick Boy, & Skinner

(Douglas steps out from the back and stays at the entranceway, applauding the win by Team SEC. Storm nods in agreement but also points at Douglas from the ring. The two exchange words from a distance but never come to blows.)

PWF Intercontinental Championship match
Mr. Perfect (with Bobby Heenan) def. Greg Valentine

(After the contest, Jarrett hits the ring to attack Perfect. He attempts to hit Perfect with his guitar, but Perfect ducks the blow and knocks the guitar away. Perfect then low-blows him and yells at him -- "I'll show you the Perfect Stroke, Jarrett!" Now, the rest of the Perfect Team hits the ring and helps beat down Jarrett. The crowd is very livid at this point. They even begin chanting Bret Hart's name, but he doesn't ever show. The PT eventually leaves the ring, arms high in the air. Jarrett struggles to even get up to a knee as the show ends.)
