While the vast majority of PWF fans keep up with their favorite superstars by way of Wargames every Wednesday night on FOX, it's hardly the only way to see these gladiators of the squared-circle in action. In fact, the PWF maintains a steady touring schedule all year long, traveling to locales both near and far. Generally, only state-of-the-art arenas play host to Wargames, but at these house shows, virtually any city can bear witness to one-of-a-kind matchups not found anywhere else. The superstars of the PWF take on some of the top local, independent talent at these shows, and if they're up to the challenge, maybe they'll even show up on Wargames one day. If these independent stars impress Mr. Bischoff, the fans at house shows featuring these wrestlers will always be able to say they saw them before they were famous. Typically, at least one PWF championship is defended on these shows, so some up-and-comer could shock the world and dethrone a title-holder!

With the first PWF pay-per-view the next night, PWF superstars were anxious to have momentum on their side. Team SEC proved victorious in the night's main event, but chaos erupted immediately afterwards as the Ultimate Warrior hit the scene, attacking Lance Storm. Excellence, Warrior's No Escape opponent, bolted out of the crowd in response, and the fight was on, as Ex and Warrior brawled into the sea of fans. Storm's NE opponent, Buff Bagwell, attempted to capitalize but ended up in a staredown with Storm after each man missed a superkick. At No Escape, Storm would not miss.
