Money Talks looks to provide "proof" at FBF
Aug. 20, 2006
"If they want proof, then they're going to get it." Those were the words
out of PWF Tag Team Champion Ted DiBiase's mouth shortly after he announced that Mr.
Bischoff signed off on a Triple Threat Tag Team match between Money Talks,
MNM, and the Legion of Doom at Fall Battle Fields.
"Ever since we've strapped these belts around our waists, we've had doubters on
whether or not we're the best tag team in the Federation. I know for a fact that
these two pathetic teams are included in that bunch. On Sept. 6, we eliminate all doubt."
Ted DiBiase was quite clear in his statement to ThePWF.com earlier today that
Money Talks is out to silence any sort of uncertainty over their domination
of the tag team scene. Since both MNM and the Legion of Doom
have been accused of doubting their dominance, Money Talks has demanded this PWF Tag
Team Championship match take place at Fall Battle Fields.
Mr. DiBiase was not alone, however; his tag team partner, Razor Ramon, was also
very blunt with his words. "These chicos come in here and disrespect us
like everyone else has done from the start. Little do they know is that we
gonna do to them what we do to them all: carve ... them ... up."
Ramon
then proceeded to flick a toothpick at the interviewer.
A lot is on the line already for the Perfect Team at Fall Battle Fields. Former two-time
PWF Television Champion Steve Austin goes to extremes to finally defeat Excellence,
this time in an Iron Man match;
Shane Douglas puts his PWF Intercontinental title up for grabs against the
self-proclaimed VCW World Heavyweight Champion, Magnificent Mike Flynn; and Mr. Perfect faces his toughest challenger
to his PWF Championship to-date in Dangerous Del Wilkes. With the PWF Tag Team
titles also
being on the line at Fall Battle Fields, is it too much for the Perfect Team to handle?
Money Talks isn't concerned at all. In the words of the Million Dollar Man himself:
"There's a price for questioning and doubting your superiors, and these boys are gonna pay."
