Ace drops bombshell
Mar. 22, 2007

A tape marked "From the Offices of James Ace and Supreme Championship Wrestling" was delivered by messenger to ThePWF.com. It might as well have been from The Unabomber because shockwaves reverberated throughout PWF Headquarters long after the footage came to an end.

James Ace: It seems that my recent comments on the PWF Web Site have caused quite a controversy. Some of you have felt the need to respond, and I feel that this time will be no different. As you know, the lawsuit the PWF is involved in continues, and so does the current work stoppage. While this may not affect someone of my elite status, there are some on the roster who may be suffering. Since no one else seems to want to take action, I feel it's time that I take matters into my own hands.

::Ace picks up a file folder, displaying it in front of the camera.::

James Ace: In my hand, I hold documents that may be able to end all of this. This is a proposal, and possible settlement offer, to the pending litigation between the PWF and the VCW. I am offering to pay a cash settlement on behalf of the PWF to the plaintiff in the case to cover the damages being sought for the use of the VCW name and likeness on PWF programming. With that, I would ask for PWF programming to be reinstated and for the talent roster to get back to work. I cannot disclose the amount of the offer for obvious reasons, but I will say that it is very generous. I would also be willing to reward the talent still on the PWF roster by offering them back-pay that they lost while the injunction was in place. However, for this to happen, there is some other business that needs to be taken care of.

::Ace picks up another file folder.::

James Ace: These documents have been faxed to the PWF offices, Eric Bischoff, and his entire legal team. I have officially put in a bid for controlling interest of the PWF. If Eric Bischoff agrees to these terms, I would have at least 51% ownership of the PWF, effective immediately. Pending approval from the PWF Board of Directors and Eric Bischoff's signature, this deal would make me the new president and chief executive officer of the PWF. I want this roster to get back to work, and I am taking steps to do this as quickly as possible. Eric Bischoff can sit back and do nothing, but I am a man of action. I have the resources and knowledge to get this company back up and running in a matter of weeks. The choice is yours ...

::Ace smiles.::

James Ace: For those of you who have decided to speak out against me, be very, very careful what you say. Lawsuits seem to be very popular these days, and they are certainly not beneath me. Let me go on record right now: I am still the sole owner and CEO of Supreme Championship Wrestling, better known to you as the SCW. Any use of the name, likeness, and/or talent signed to the SCW roster at the time of its closing without my express written consent is prohibited. If I find out any of these terms have been violated, simply put: I will OWN YOU! I have the cash to drag this out for years, if necessary, so just try me, and see what happens. Right now, there is a deal on the table, and if it is accepted, an official press release will be issued, and some changes WILL be made. I am your leader, I am your champion, and I assure you that, under my leadership, better days will be ahead for all of you. Thank you ...
