After the
NOWF returned from hiatus, the Intercontinental Championship was put up for
grabs in a tournament. The finals took place at November to Remember,
where Bret Hart took on Scott Williams. Williams had a former ally
though, Kyle Ca$h, that showed up and now revealed himself as an enemy, distracting him, enabling the Hit Man to capture the Intercontinental title.
