RAZOR RAMON PWF Television Champion May 17, 2006 - May 24, 2006
Mike Flynn won the PWF Television Championship at Power Trip, but just one week later, he was
scheduled to face off against former champion Steve Austin's Perfect
Team comrade Razor Ramon in a non-title bout. Not one to let matchmakers
determine his fate, Flynn went on PWF TV after the match was announced and
challenged Ramon and his tag team partner in Money Talks, Ted DiBiase, to put their PWF Tag Team Championship on-the-line
against him
and any partner of his choosing. In return, Flynn would put his Television title
up for grabs in the match, as well. Money Talks was quick to accept. However, Flynn came to the ring on
Wargames and revealed that he had been
unable to find anyone to team with him, which wasn't surprising considering Flynn's reputation; the match would be one-on-two as a result.
Money Talks was extremely pleased with this announcement and went to work
on Flynn. Soon, though, the familiar sounds of "War Machine" played over the
arena's PA system, and it was learned that Flynn, indeed, had a partner -- Taz.
The Human Suplex Machine quickly laid waste to the Tag Team Champions. Taz,
satisfied that the work was done, left the ringside area almost as quickly as he
appeared. As Flynn went to finish off Money Talks, Steve Austin hit the ring and
nailed him with a Stone Cold Stunner, throwing Ramon on top for the pinfall, earning Ramon the PWF
Television Championship and saving Money Talks the PWF Tag Team Championship. The Perfect Team had once again snatched victory
from the jaws of defeat.
